Hello friends!!! It’s been a busy couple of weeks prepping, packaging, and setting up for our Spring Retreat but I’m happy to say it turned out great! Thank you to those participating in person, and for those who are participating with mailed kits they are packaged and scheduled for pick up today!!!!
Such a good feeling to have that off our plate, then I remember that today’s plate is loaded with tax stuff and I’ve lost that good feeling! Ugh.

The Floral Delight DSP is such beautiful paper and it is perfect for your Spring cards, but I have to say that after the sampler, the product based class cards, and the retreat cards I am currently tired of Daffodil Delight and Old Olive!! Everyone loved the cards. Weusually cut a couple of more kits for my classes, and they were so popular that I’ve sold everything. I have one more Sampler Class Tuesday with my Stamp ‘n Sip Gals and I’ve been furiously counting the DSP and coordinating vellum to be sure I’ve enough for them. This paper is on low inventory right now so be sure to order yours soon!

Maybe because of that “tired of yellow and green” feeling, but this is my favorite card from the picture above. The color combo of Pool Party, Peach Pie, and Basic White is refreshing, isn’t it? I’ve always loved pairing coral and blues together, and since blue/orange are considered complimentary colors on the color wheel, I knew that Pool Party and Peach Pie would work together great. Remember Stampin’ Up’s color wheel???? Since Peach Pie is an In Color, you will NOT find it on the color wheel, but it would be in the orange hues for sure.
Final Thoughts….

I’ve not posted a pic of the boys lately, and this is the photo their momma took the day they were having spring pictures at daycare. They are growing way to fast for sure. Sweet baby Ben is 5 months old already, and Cal no more looks like he’s 26 months, does he??? He is the spitting image of his daddy at this age except Evan had more red than strawberry blonde hair coloring. And did you notice the colors their momma chose for their clothes?? Blue with their orange-red hair tones??? Rachel knows her color wheel too!!
Until tomorrow, have a great day, enjoy the last day of March, and God Bless!!!!
