Heading Home With Country Birdhouses!

Today is our final day in Destin, and we will be heading homeward tomorrow. This week has been wonderful – the weather, the relaxing, the visiting with friends – it’s been awesome. Yesterday we went to the movies to see The Accountant 2 – really good, so check it out! – and today is our last day on the beach. There’s plans for a bit of shopping this afternoon, time to pack up our suitcases, and be ready to hit the road early tomorrow as we drive home.

No matter how wonderful vacations are, it’s always a good feeling going home. Truly is no better place, is there? So let me share my sampler for next week’s Stamp ‘n Sip class using the Country Birdhouses and Country Flowers. Even the birds love to return home too!

Pool Boy and I were busy last week preparing the sampler packets for Stamp ‘n Sip BEFORE we left for Florida, so it will be easy to simply gather supplies and set up for the sampler above. I’d yet to use the Country Birdhouse bundle, so it’s the star of the show above! Grabbing the Country Flowers bundle for added pieces, doesn’t this shout out Spring????

Final Thoughts….

I’ll be back Monday once we are home and unpacked. It will be good to empty the suitcases, start the laundry, and get everything back in it’s place for a bit before the next trip. Papa Pool Boy and I need some time with our sweet grandsons too. We’ve not seen the boys for three weeks since they were sick at Easter and we didn’t take a chance on coming down with something before leaving for Florida. And of course we have to stop and see the granddaughters on the trip home while we pick up the canine diva Shelby. I promise you no one will be happier to be home then Shelby! She will be ready for some pampering and spoiling after spending a week with Megan’s dog Lucy. Loopy Lucy’s can be a bit too much!
