A St. Patrick’s Banner For St. Patrick’s Day!

These past few days I’ve been focusing on St. Patrick’s Day cards and framed art. It feels like I’m just working my way through the colors, seeing how the past two months I was focused on Real Red, Poppy Parade, and Flirty Flamingo. And if you keep going backwards, we spent LOTS of time working with Christmas colors, Halloween colors, fall colors, etc. With Stampin’ Up!’s wide array of colors the possibility are endless!

Here I used Lemon Lime Twist and Shaded Spruce as my color combo, and that striped DSP came from Turtle DSP!!!! We have 8 different colors in the green hues to pick from when designing St. Patrick’s Day cards, home decor, and gift giving. Which are your favorites???

Ironically, my least favorite shade is Shy Shamrock!! I like it, but I think of it more as a beachy color for summer days. Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, and Garden Green are my go to colors for Christmas, and I love pairing the bright colors of Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist with Shaded Spruce.

I have several who have already requested the kits for the above banner. I’m offering it as a product based class – either in person on Monday, March 9 OR by mail. Cost is $35 for the product and die cuts plus $7.50 for shipping:

• Three layers of banner die cuts, two sets of letters, along with the circles and I can also include the three 4 leaf clover punched images since the set is retired and not available.
• 1/2 package of the Turtle-ly Cute DSP – the striped sheet will be used to cut the banners for your kit
• 1 spool of the Shaded Spruce-Soft Sea Foam 1/2 inch ribbon
• 1 package of the Shades Of Green Hexagons
• You will need to use your supplies for stamping the Lemon Lime Twist banners and also the embossing folder work.
