Gosh, it felt good to spend time in my craft room working!! Of course, I had to spend a couple of hours cleaning it up on Sunday from the mess I left it in three weeks ago, and only took about 30 minutes yesterday messing it up again, but it felt good! There’s something about putting ink to stamps, then stamps to paper that satisfies the creative soul.
And the problem solving lover enjoys seeing how far I can stretch a limited number of DSP packages for card classes. I am limited to only three packages of the new Christmas DSP “A Stitched Season” with preorder guidelines, but my friend Pam has already helped me out by ordering a couple more on the off chance I’ll need it. I’m hoping to do a FB LIVE tonight on our group page “Stamp. Ink. Paper. Creating With Pam and Lola” but Pam is under the weather and I told her to stay home and feel better soon. Currently, I’m designing the cards for the June Christmas Card Class – there is still time to join us!!! – and I’m trying to use the new products we have coming to the Online Exclusives in July. Keep in mind – I’m having to watch which DSP patterns I’m using so that I’m NOT using the reverse side on another card, AND I’m trying to be careful NOT to double up using the new stamps on multiple cards since I’ve only one stamp set of each new bundle. I love a good problem solving challenge!
So check this card out a bit more – there are 4 new products used. Of course, the candy cane DSP is one, and the stamps are another. The tag comes from a new die bundle, and the cute candy cane embossing on the far right is from a trio of new slim embossing folders. I’ll be sharing all three during this week!

Class registration ends for the JUNE CHRISTMAS CARD CLASS SOON!!! Class is available by MAIL, and the IN PERSON class meets on Thursday, June 25 at Zion Lutheran Church in Macon, MO. NOTE THAT THE FINAL DAY TO REGISTER IS Monday, JUNE 22. This gives Pool Boy and I time to prep and package card kits. Those going in the mail will ship no later than Monday, June 29.
Come back tomorrow to check on our next card using the same layout, BUT different theme! I’m wanting to use all three of those slim embossing folders, and this card design is great for showcasing them! Until next time, have a great day and find time to do whatever makes you happy, find time to create, and God Bless!
