I spent Monday trying to literally scoop my way out of all of the stuff I dropped in the house last week as I moved on to the next thing on the list. It’s amazing how much nicer everything looks when you simply clear the clutter and stuff hanging around in the wrong location! This week I’ve no classes scheduled but am getting ready for the final two events coming Monday and Tuesday of next week. I have at least three hours each day this week available to get things either ready to go for next week or finished and off the list before heading to Italy on Oct. 31.
There will be only one stamping event next month since I will be gone, but I will be running a MYSTERY BOX PROMOTION for November!!! I enjoy packing up my retired products and sending to another home for continued use, so be watching next week for more details! There are several boxes of retired products to stuff into your mystery boxes, and these boxes are well worth! You will find embossing folders, stamp sets, stamp bundles, stand alone dies and punches, DSP, ribbons, gems …….. so many items that have been gently used and ready for new homes. Don’t miss the details!

Just a quick note to share Pam’s make and take card from last week’s bingo night. We both used the Sunflower Fields DSP as well as the Radiant Sunflowers stamp set and dies. If you look closely she also used the Softly Woven embossing folder to add texture to the background DSP on my card. FYI – she did note that it sometimes cut the DSP mats, so she chose to NOT emboss the DSP mats for those attending since she had limited paper. However, you can try it at home – all of our die cutting machines have different tension on our machines so what doesn’t work for one person may work for another. Use a small scrap of DSP to run a test piece – I think embossing the background DSP mat really adds depth to the card!
Stampin’ Up Announced A FLASH SALE Beginning TODAY!!!!

Have you been waiting for the perfect opportunity to add a die (or two, or three!) to your collection? Well, we’ve got some great news! From October 21–23, you can get select dies and die cutting tools at 15% off! Grab dies that have been on your wish list or use this opportunity to grab some new tools. Act fast—this sale only lasts for three days!
- The 15% discount will apply to select dies and die cutting tools, which are only available while supplies last. See and shop all qualifying products in the online store.
- The discount does not include the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine
Keep in mind, if the dies are part of a bundle you already get 10% savings, so picking up the coordinating stamp set later at the full price may not reap savings. BUT this is a great time to grab embossing folders, acrylic plates, and stand-alone dies, any of the basic shape dies, etc! I’m going out on a limb here BUT I’m hoping that the adhesive sheets which are considered a die cutting accessory may also be included on this sale!
