Hey friends!!! Welcome to Monday, and by the time you are reading this post I will be landed in Las Vegas for the start of Back Stage. Back Stage is the leadership gathering for Stampin’ Up demonstrators. The information and training is always worthwhile, but the best part is reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones. Kind of like a card class!
I debated all weekend whether I was going to take the laptop or simply go AWOL this week on my website, but when push came to shove I couldn’t skip!!! I’ll be sending short posts this week, but will be sure to post more candid shots on my FB page, so be sure to check out both.

For Techniques class last week, I grabbed a product that I’ve had for several months and hadn’t yet used. We’ve all be there, right???? Stampin’ Up added Metallic Textured Rub Ons to the ANNUAL CATALOG and they can be found on the page next to the gems and embellishments. I grabbed my package and quickly threw this card together, and I am SOLD on this hidden gem!!! How many of you have tried them???? The Techniques gals loved them so much most everyone ordered TWO packages each!!
They come with 8 sheets – four in gold, four in silver. You simply rub with your finger, and voila! Incredibly easy, no embossing mess, yet feels like heat embossed images.
Biggest draw back – you have to work with the images included on the sheets. We were talking how awesome it would be if they came out with another set of greetings!

Final Thoughts….
So, I’ll be in Las Vegas until Thursday morning at the Red Rock Resort for Back Stage, then Thursday we head to St. George, Utah for a retreat with Ronda Wade. Sunday, the 16th we return back to Vegas, before flying out Monday morning on the 17th. Prayers for Shelby the Canine Diva who is staying home with Pool Boy. He doesn’t put up with her sassiness or her demands (yes, I spoil her!), so it’s apt to be a long week – for both of them!!!!
Grab your annual catalog and check out the metallic textured rub ons! And until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!
