Good morning and here’s hoping you have a great start to the week ahead!!! We survived the Disney World experience, made it home safe, and are hitting the ground running for the next adventure. I know some of you are looking out on snow-covered scenery – we are currently snow free but it’s the winter-blah look of gray/brown trees and yards, with a hint of blue sky above. Very little color to brighten the day. Makes me wish for spring to come, but we are still weeks away. Thank goodness I have stamps and carad stock for color! And today’s bundle – Nested Friends – is the perfect set as I wait for spring.
The Side Stepped Card Fun Fold! It Has A Name!!
Today on my FB LIVE I shared how to assemble the fun fold card I posted about last week with the Country Bouquet Bundle and also the He’s The Man Bundle. I saw over the weekend that Erica Cerwin came up with an actual name for this fun fold – THE SIDE STEPPED CARD!!! Perfect! I did post a PDF with the measurements, but I have one measurement wrong. Final Thoughts…
We were excited to see the magic of Disney through the eyes of our granddaughters but with them growing older we were not needed as much. Our job this time was to find the best place to see the parades and fireworks so they could hit the rides as long as possible and then join us later. Jim and I planted ourselves in the Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street and secured a table for the family to join us and to enjoy the fireworks display. After a long day of walking and riding, icecream and fireworks were the perfect end. Truly it’s the happiest place in the world!
