The New Kits For Our Kit Collection Are Available!

I always look forward to the beginning of each month with the arrival of the new additions to our kit collection, but this one I was looking forward to since mid July when we saw the Holiday catalog online. Stampin’ Up is a little bit like Taylor Swift dropping her “Easter eggs” with hints of what’s coming. When the new catalogs are available – especially the new Annual one! – I study the pictures to see what new product is showing.

If you had looked carefully at the Holiday mini on page 7, you would have known what their Christmas card kit was going to be!

I usually write a grant for Christmas cards to share with the residents at the area Veteran’s Home, and I knew this kit was going to be PERFECT with the old truck theme. And best of all – NO STAMPING!!! These cards will go together quickly with a few friends’ help, and all I need is a message inside the cards!

So, Wednesday morning at 1:30 am my kits were ordered and are on their way! Just something I can knock off my Christmas list early!!!

Final Thoughts…..

Our little boy Ben is growing and is busy on the move! He’s discovered how much better it is to crawl around and he’s pulling up as well! He’s not started cruising yet, but he’s super proud of being able to stand in one place if you hold his hands. Ben turns 11 months in a couple of weeks, so the birthday party is scheduled and planned. With both parents of German descent and a birthday in October, the theme is ONEtoberfest! Wonder if he’ll be wearing lederhosen?????

He is having a small surgery Monday to have tubes inserted in his ears since he has had several ear infections. Hopefully the tube will make a positive difference. He’s starting to lose his reddish hair and I suspect this time next year he will be as blonde as his big brother Cal.
