It’s official!!! April 1st was “Bring Your Wife A Biscuit/Gravy For Breakfast” Day in our house. Pool Boy brought this in the house, mumbling “I want to know when it’s Bring Your Husband something” day, at which point I reminded him I DID deliver donuts to the wellness center on his birthday, WITH an apple fritter just for him as he requested. He just grinned and shook his head at me!

We are entering the final stretch of Holy Week with Maundy Thursday services tonight, Good Friday services tomorrow, then the joyous celebration of Easter on Sunday with two services. I commented to Pool Boy that the Lutherans and the Catholics must really enjoy the whole Holy Week marathon more than other denominations since we squeeze in so many services, and he just shook his head at me.
