Welcome Spring!!!! WOO HOO!!! Spring has always been my favorite season, with the arrival of green grass and leaves, blooming flowers ready for planting, warmer temps WITHOUT too much heat and humidity. Teachers and students enjoy the arrival of Spring as well, because we know the end of the year is finally in sight. We made it through the dreary winter months, and with Spring in the air we have a burst of energy to push towards the end.
I needed a special card today for our daughter Megan, and I knew she would enjoy the bright cheery colors of the this card. Shaded Spruce and Lemon Lime Twist – NOT a typical color combo, but it’s the perfect way to welcome Spring AND send a note of congratulations!!!
PDF Of Today’s Fun Fold Twist Card!
This fun fold was one designed by Connie Stewart, and you can find her video of her website. My card has different measurements since I have an extra mat included, but you will have a much better video seeing how to recreate. To access the PDF, click on the link below and be sure to either save to your computer or print a hard copy for later reference:

HOWEVER, if you want a good laugh, you can watch my video last night on our group page – Stamp.Ink.Paper – Creating With Pam And Lola!!!! Be warned – I wasn’t sure I was going to pull it off! We are certainly far from perfect, but we have a good time gathering together most Tuesday nights for a FB LIVE. The link below will take you to the group page. Request to join us! There is ALWAYS room for more!!!!

Final Thoughts….
We are quickly coming up on our Spring Retreat this weekend, followed by a GREEN CARD BASE CLASS next Tuesday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day belatedly. But somewhere during the week I’m going to find time to clip a bouquet of daffodils, check out my helebores that are blooming, and see if any of my Solomon Seal is pushing through the earth. My run to our favorite greenhouse has to be postponed to after May 4 due to our travels, so hopefully it won’t get so warm that everything is picked over!!!
Here is hoping you can find time to enjoy the first days of Spring as well as enjoying some craft time. Until next time, God Bless!!!
