Good morning everyone and welcome to Thursday! After yesterday’s post with the announcement of the JULIET Club – Just Us Ladies Indulging Eating Together – one friend has asked if she can be a CHARTER member, another friend suggested we may need to subdivide memberships into smaller groups! LOL!! Some groups may just want to have morning coffee together, others want to to involve card games after eating, etc. Oh, the possibilities!!!

Last night was our FB LIVE on our group page Stamp. Ink. Paper – Creating With Pam and Lola but I was solo since Pam had a previous commitment. I’ve been playing with this great set Darling Dinos, so I shared the card above as my project. I love fun folds because of the variety and interest they add to our cardmaking. I accidentally mentioned I was CASE-ing a card from Karen Thitus, but I want to correct my mistake – the designer was Lisa Curcio. CASE is acceptable in the papercrafting world – Copy And Share Everything – and it’s a great way to begin cardmaking! Looking at other card ideas can springboard your creations. My color combo is the same as yesterday’s card – Petunia Pop, Summer, Splash, and basice White.

When you open the card and lay it flat you can see all of the panels that are inside. This card has LOTS of mats, and since the card base is 5.5 x 11 inches, you only get ONE CARD per sheet of card stock. It’s a bit time consuming with cutting and costly so don’t decide you want 50 of these!

It’s when you stand the card up that you get the fun flip fold showing! Super cute and extremely easy to make after cutting the components. The little stamps included in the Darling Dinos adds so much to the detail, don’t you think?
If you missed last night’s FB LIVE or you are not a member of the group but wish to join, you can always click on the link below to catch the recording. I will tell you up front, we are NOT perfectionists and we forget things, stick things in the wrong place, and there is no editing – no sugarcoating it! We make mistakes and occasionally let a word slip but we enjoy gathering and crafting with our friends, even though it’s virtually.

Final Thoughts….
Pool Boy and I had a large lunch yesterday while running our errands in Kirksville. When you do that, you really could careless about eating dinner, but I knew after my FB LIVE we would want a little something, so I cooked – mac and cheese. Macaroni and cheese is a comfort food for me. Now, when Pool Boy makes mac and cheese, he goes all out by making his cream sauce and adding a mixture of cheeses from our fridge. There may be cheddar, gouda, munster, provolone, even a touch of pepper jack. Each time it’s a little different but most always delicious. As long as he doesn’t get a heavy hand with the pepper jack!
Mine was Best Choice Mac and Cheese with the orange powder, and it was just fine! At 8pm there was no need to reinvent the wheel and have gourmet! Am I the only one who still loves that box mac and cheese??? Until next time, have a great day doing whatever makes you happy, and God Bless!!!
