It’s FRIDAY!!! Hooray!!! We’ve a quiet weekend ahead and I’ll be knocking out lots of prep for next week. Our grandson Cal will be coming tonight for an overnight stay at Papa and Nana’s house as well. He loves to help me crank the cut and emboss machine, so I’ll probably have a few things we can run. The last time we did this he was engaged for over 30 minutes, and it’s amazing the amount of stuff you can run in that time. Not bad for a 3 year old!
We’ve also another graduation party to attend on Sunday, so even though it’s a quiet weekend, lots of little things will fill up the time.

Last night on our group FB LIVE I shared this fun fold idea called the Inside Slider card that I CASED from Daveda at Daveda’s Stamping Spot. I always love to incorporate fun folds in my card designs, and I’ve been seeing the inside sliding piece, so thanks to Daveda for sharing it!

I was hoping to add a PDF of the measurements this morning with this post, but time has gotten away from me and I’m rushed to get this published this morning. I’ll add the PDF on Monday with the same card, different DSP that I shared with my Tech classes this week.

And here’s is the top view of this fun fold. It’s simple to assemble but gluing the white insert is a bit tricky, so be sure to check the view above of where it’s adhered to the card base.
Final Thoughts….
Be sure to check back on Monday for the PDF, and I’ll also have the YouTube link available as well. Pool Boy has been up and about some today dealing with outside things. He took a fall last weekend and it’s laid him up some for sure. This aging thing is NOT for the faint hearted, but we do the best we can!
Have a wonderful weekend, find time to craft and create, and hopefully the weather in your area of the country is bright and cheerful.
God Bless!
