We continue to kick back here in Branson and yesterday involved Christmas shopping, the SIX theatre show, and watching the granddaughters’ school Christmas program last night on the computer. Both of them shined – literally – since they had sequin skirts! More below.

The Granddaughters’ Christmas Program!!
If I were more tech-literate I would know how to fix those lights on the tree, but alas I’m not! But you can still see these cuties’ faces dressed in their winter red sweaters. We were able to watch the program on the computer since their school broadcast’s the performance. Both did a great job!! Fiona is still on the front row due to size but she is no longer the smallest in class! She knew her lyrics and actions perfectly.
Nora was selected to sing in a small ensemble, and their class performed a beautiful holiday partner song – two different songs that are sung at the same time – as well as a Hot Chocolate song with very complicated actions. She was standing right on the edge of the riser and nana here kept praying that she didn’t lose her balance!! Our girls are growing too quickly – next year will be Nora’s final elementary program.
Final Thoughts…..
SEVERAL of you reached out about what you thought mysterious red wall plate in our condo is. Everyone agreed that it has something to do with safety. Comments included a possible fire alarm connected to 911, a sensor for heat/radon, possibly a speaker for handicapped visitors, and an emergency speaker to broadcast fire/evacuation notices. I’ll be sure to share the info with Elda!!!
Today’s plans includes a bit more shopping, the Sight and Sound Theatre to see the Miracle Of Christmas performance, followed by dinner. Have a great day doing whatever makes you happy, and God Bless!!!
