Most Tuesday evenings Pam and I try to do a FB LIVE in our private group page – Stamp. Ink. Paper. Creating With Pam and Lola. Many times I try to “work smarter, not harder” by getting multiple uses out of my project such as today’s pop up card. The Techniques Class is coming this afternoon and I try to do an upscaled fun fold as part of our class, so this pop up card was GREAT for both the class as well as our private group page. I received a swap similar to this on the incentive trip but I didn’t want to dissect it and take it apart sincde I had it to show on the video. AND the fact that it’s created by an Australian demonstrator (where they have different measurements for their mail!!!) made it even more tricky!!!
So, above is my take on this fun swap!!!! And yes, I’m using that Masterfully Made DSP that I didn’t care for Monday, and today I’m kind of liking it!! If I don’t watch out, I’m going to order more!!!
So, yesterday morning I’m measuring and cutting my card for the FB LIVE as well as the cards for the Techniques class, and wasn’t even sure it was going to work! With the help of Chris Howe – she was filling in for Pam since Pam was doing Nana duty – we were able to get everything to work WITHOUT having to cut anything again! Thank goodness it worked because I had all of the cards already cut for Techniques Class!

Would you like to see us create this card??? It was kind of a comic of errors BUT it all worked, so click on the link below and request to join our group page. What started during Covid with about 35 customers has grown to over 300 from all over the US, Canada, and elsewhere! There is always room for more papercrafting fans like ourselves though!

I’ll be back tomorrow to share another card using the Masterfully Made DSP – remember, my goal was to get it used up. But, the more I use it the more I’m liking it! I may be taking advantage of that DSP sale yet!!!! Until next time, keep crafting, keep stamping, and God Bless!
