A Simple Fun Fold For Friday With Moonlit Flora!

Hey friends!!! This week seems to have zoomed by and here it is Friday, with the weekend coming behind it. We are dog sitting for 5 days while our son’s family is vacationing, and these dogs are much bigger than Shelby. There are two more things on the to do list – design for some upcoming classes and laundry. A job that never ends – laundry! No matter how hard you try it’s always there waiting, isn’t it?

I wanted to share an easy fun fold card from Techniques class yesterday. This was based on a card idea I received from the swap cards in Alaska. I really enjoy getting ideas from swaps! Maybe I don’t care for the DSP or color combination, but I like to use the swaps for a springboard for ideas. Everything about this card is different from the swap I received, but it’s a great way to gather ideas for future reference!

If you’ve yet to order the Fern and Flora 3D embossing folder, add it to your list. It creates stunning images and I consider embossing folders one of the most cost effective ways to add variety and interest to your paper crafting! This card opens with the DSP from left to right, but if you that bothers you, simply flip the DSP around so the fold is on the left and it opens like a book.
