As the children say in school, “Today is Hump Day”. We are half way through our VBS week and also our week with the granddaughters. Two more days and live will return back to normal but we will miss their laughter, giggles, and even the squabbles!
Boughs Of Holly DSP Meets The Hope And Peace Stamp Set!
If you haven’t looked closely at the Boughs Of Holly DSP I urge you to check it out. Some absolutely stunning patterns! The one above is probably my least favorite, but I love how it turned out on this simple card. Paired with Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler, the basic white background makes the poinsettia clusters pop, doesn’t it?
The lasting label punch is a great addition to our labels collection and so fast to churn out, being a punch. To give it a finished edge, punch a second label in Cherry Cobbler and split horizontally. Glue each half to the outside edge of the white label to create the mat look! Easy Peasy!
Final Thoughts…
This was another of our Christmas Card Class for the month of July. I provided 2 options – in person or by mail with an email tutorial. Mailed kits ( 2 each of 4 different styles, for a total of 8 cards) include all card pieces – mats, envelopes, DSP, die cuts, and punches. You simply substitute greetings and images you have in your Christmas Stamp Arsenal to finish! Kits are free AND ship free with a minimum online order! Even if you are not able to be with us in person, you can still create these easy cards at home, during your free time! Consider joining us for our card class in August – either in person or at home! Sign up is due by August 18 and will ship out September 1. Until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!
