Time moves so quickly, it’s hard to believe that our oldest child will soon be celebrating her 38th birthday! I can still remember everything about that incredible day when God blessed us with a sweet, tiny baby girl who was born in the middle of a hospital three-ring circus! Megan Marie was determined to arrive a month earlier than expected, even though the doctors felt we had PLENTY of time to wait. Maybe that arrival a month early weighing just over 5 pounds set the tone for her life. She has always had a mind of her own, with a drive and determination to be in charge of her destiny, and goal oriented. And we are so blessed to call her ours – most days! LOL!!!!

This is one of those cards where you definitely want to measure twice, cut once!!! I speak from experience having to go back and cut several panels on the first attempt at designing this card!

Patty Bennett has been creating cards using her watercolor pencils WITHOUT Blender Pens to add shading to our solid color stamped images. I love how much they add to the images in depth, and it’s nice to see another use for the pencils that have taken a back burner to our alcohol based blends.

My upline Pam and I have been doing FB LIVES for over two years now since the spring of COVID. You can catch us most Tuesdays at 7pm and we would love you to join us!!! Final Thoughts…..
I will be putting a gift certificate for a trip to our favorite nail tech in the pocket for Megan’s birthday. She will love the treat! She will be working from our home while the girls attend VBS at our church that week. Come to think of it, our daughter in law Rachel has a birthday the very same week the girls are visiting, so I best be making a 2nd gift card holder with the same gift certificate as well!
