Just a quick post this morning since I’ve overslept and am running late. At the “Craftcation” this weekend I provided two different make and takes for people to create. There were several attending who were not stampers, and I know sometimes stamps and ink can be a bit daunting for a number of reasons – past experiences with wooden blocked stamps, too heavy a hand with ink pads and stamps, “rocking the block” because of an unsteady hand, etc. – but I think everyone who attempted went back to their spots afterwards glad they had tried. It really isn’t as intimidating as you think from past experiences. Sometimes it just takes inviting someone to come play with your hobby toys! Whether they change their mind about stamps and ink doesn’t matter. It’s the connections between you and the magic of creating something with your own hands that leaves the positive impression!
This card introduced second generational stamping and Wink of Stella, along with an easy way to add two different DSPS for the card. Easy, quick, but beautiful results!!! Have you had a chance to play with the Lavender Suite????? I love the smell of lavender with the beautiful and delicate blooms blowing in the breeze. We have a lavender farm less than an hour away and this summer it is on bucketlist to make a drive there for the picking days.
I’ll be back tomorrow with our FB LIVE post. Tomorrow’s FB LIVE will be early – 9am central time – due to an out of town card class, but I am moving our times back to 10 am central which will allow you abit more time to sleep, and me a bit more time to post and get ready. A double win for sure! Until next time, have a great day, find some time to create and craft and God Bless.
