This may well show up in your email on Tuesday evening. Wednesday is our fishing charter in Sitka, and knowing we need to be ready to leave the ship when it docks it’s best to send this message the night before!
There are 277 demonstrators who are guests of Stampin’ Up! on this Alaskan incentive trip – this includes demonstrators from the US, Canada, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Remember – we have to disclose that results such as the incentive trip are earned by less than 1% of the overall demonstrators. And the favorite things about the trips are the gifts, the prizes, and the swaps available in the Hospitality Room.

Today at the General Session all demonstrators received a package of the sunflower DSP coming in September’s catalog. When we made it back to our rooms we also received this cute card from our CEO Sara Douglass with a container of chocolates to enjoy. Thursday we were given tickets to the White Pass Scenic Railway as well. And the announcement was made where the 2028 incentive trip destination is – a Mediterranean Cruise. Megan has already offered to go if Pool Boy isn’t interested and depending on if I earn it. So generous of her, don’t you think??? lol!!!

Each demonstrator has the opportunity to participate in a card swap during the week. We created 15 of the same card to share with others, and then the 16th one we display for everyone to see. You are only getting 15 different cards back, so this is the best way to see all of the beautiful creations available for swapping. There was also a 3D swap which I had to skip due to time constraints, and this year they included a scrapbook page swap as well.

Any finally there are several displays available showing new products heading our way with the September – December catalog. I’m looking forward to this football themed stamp set and bundle!!!! Perfect for a football fan to have in their stamping supplies!
Each trip achiever has the opportunity to spin for a prize daily, and today’s prizes are new stampsets heading our way. I will post all of the prizes on Sunday night.
Final Thoughts….
Today was a full day at sea, trying to get the ship up to the Alaskan waters, and believe me – they have been booking it! It’s been a rough day so we are thankful our patches have kept us from being queasy, but you’d swear the entire passenger base was drunk when you watch us walking in the hallways and throughout the ship. It’s been a bit challenging, but will be much better once we arrive at Sitka tomorrow.
Thursday I hope to post pictures of fish that the guys caught – fingers crossed. We had lunch with 15 year old Spencer and his mother, and he’s so excited for tomorrow. For his sake especially I hope we have success. Until next time, have a great day creating and crafting, and God Bless!!!!!
