Well, somewhere in typing my Tuesday post on Monday night and thinking I had scheduled it to arrive in your emails Tuesday morning I obviously deleted it and REPOSTED my Monday post. Just when you think you are winning the technology game, it up and throws a curve ball and you strike out!
So —— in condensed form, here was Tuesday’s post you are now going to receive on Wednesday – hopefully!!!!

Here is Pam’s make and take card for the In Person Bingo last week. She also used the Sunflower Fields DSP, but used Daffodil Delight and Cajun Craze for her color combination. Can you see the DSP mat embossed with the Softly Woven embossing folder??? It is possible to emboss our DSP BUT be warned – sometimes your die cutting machines will cut through the DSP. That was the case with this card. Because it was cutting through the mats Pam chose to not emboss any of the mats for those attending. I do like the look of the embossing on the DSP mats, but always check to see what your machine will produce. Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t so use a scrap as a test piece. ALSO, sometimes the machine will be fine but your choice of embossing folders will NOT work.
She wrapped linen twine around the 3 inch square at the top of the card, then used the scallop die included in the Radiant Sunflower bundle to frame her greeting. That DSP pattern is my favorite in the Sunflower Fields package — which we could have more pieces of it instead of just the two sheets!
Flash Sale Happening NOW!

Stampin’ Up! rolled out a FLASH SALE that runs through Oct. 23 that is focused on SELECT DIES AND DIE CUTTING TOOLS!!!!
This is the perfect time to grab those STAND ALONE DIES – the ones that you can use without a stamped image. Think of the BASIC SHAPE dies – the TILE GARDEN dies, the SCALLOPED CHRISTMAS CHEER dies, etc – that you can use with everything!
Look at the embossing folders you’ve been meaning to add to your stamping supplies. And be sure to order extra acrylic plates for your die cutting machines!!!!

So, if you receive this post on Wednesday morning, that means I’ve scored a point against technology. If not – well, you know who wins again.
Until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!
