Good morning everyone!!! I know it’s still summer, but today I wanted to share a fun technique I recently learned for beautiful foilage color!!! One of the BEST parts of my paper crafting journey as a Stampin’ Up demonstrator is the connections I’ve made with others from all parts of the world. We share ideas, tips, and learn from each other since we share the paper crafting passion. When Pool Boy and I were on our first incentive trip to Hawaii we connected with Maureen and Paul Rauchfuss. She’s been a demonstrator for many years and goes by the Crazy Stamping Lady, so be sure to look her up on Facebook! Recently Maureen shared a fun technique on her FB LIVE called Ink To Paper. Using the ink pads, and even the ink spots you can create some beautiful mats to use with die cutting. I’m using this idea with my technique classes in a couple of weeks, and wanted to share with you as well!
I turned tothe Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder that’s available under the Online Exclusive tab. These hybrid folders add a whole new level to our paper crafting, allowing you to cut AND emboss at one time.
I shared this card on my FB LIVE today, and the whole ink to paper technique is quick, easy, and gives you so many possibilities with the different color combos you can create. If you missed my live, you can still catch the recording by clicking on the link below! While you are there, please follow and like me on FB so you receive notifications of future FB LIVES, stamping events, and current promotions from Stampin’ Up. I am such a FB novice when it comes to understanding the whole analytic thing, but I do know that those likes, those emojis, those comments help to keep my posts popping up in the newsfeed, so I thank you in advance for helping me to promote my very small business!

Final Thoughts…..
I’m finishing up my schedule for September events and will be posting those tomorrow. I kind of fly by the seat of my pants, so where some people have their class schedules outlined for 4-6 months, that’s too organized for me. Sometimes, the BEST IDEAS pop up at the oddest moments, such as yesterday at church! No, it was NOT during the sermon, but somewhere in the final song I had a thought to share with Pam, Chris, and Sandy about our next IN PERSON BINGO. And in sharing my idea, Chris added another whole element! Be sure to check back to see what we have up our sleeve for In Person Bingo on Thursday, Sept. 12!!! (If I had my schedule planned out that far, pop up ideas such as this might not have a chance!!!)
Until next time, have a great day, keep busy doing whatever makes you happy, and God Bless!!!
