Good Morning and Happy Monday!! At least, as happy as Monday’s can be!!! I had no idea what direction I was going today with my card for my Monday FB LIVE. Usually, Sunday night I have a game plan and have cut card stock. But we have been busy packaging up a Christmas card class this weekend, along with some cooking and freezing of meals for the near future, so I started the morning with no strategy. THEN I saw the card Pam showed on our FB LIVE last week and I decided to use it for my crafting spring board. BUT, Pam’s card is one she cased from our friend Karin Braxton with Crafting Creations by Karin, so that explains the “Casing A Cased Card” title!
Pam and I met Karin in Michigan at a leadership retreat and we enjoyed spending time and getting to know her. The best part of our paper crafting journey is meeting and building connections with others along the way. Some are demonstrators, some are new or experienced crafters, and many become dear friends who we have met through the love of stamping. It’s those connections that Stampin’ Up has brought to my life. We will see Karin in New Orleans next month, and it will be like we just saw her a few days ago. So very thankful to have live events together to reconnect!!!
Creating A Christmas Card With Cottage Wreaths!
This was not one of my first choices when making my orders, simply because Stampin’ Up has had some beautiful wreath stamp bundles so I looked over it. But it does have more to offer besides simply Christmas, so I’m going to use it as my focus this week. I love how it turned out on today’s card!
Painted Christmas – A Returning DSP From Last Year!
I appreciate when Stampin’ Up returns a few items from the previous year, and one of those was the Painted Christmas DSP. Sometimes, we just don’t get time to use everything before it becomes a retired item, and this was the case with this paper. I had three packages barely touched so it was awesome to know that I could hold on and use this year!!! Thank You Stampin’ Up for beginning this carryover opportunity!

Final Thoughts…
My posting may be a bit sporadic this week and next with the granddaughters visiting. I will do my best to post daily, but if I’m missing in action you will know why! I want to soak up every minute possible with the girls – they are growing up to quickly for us! Until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!
