
By now most have heard there are changes heading our way with Stampin’ Up!’s new catalog program. Beginning in May, Stampin’ Up! is streamlining their catalog strategy to make shopping from catalogs easier.
- Instead of an Annual and multiple mini catalogs throughout the year, there will be only one catalog available at a time. No more crossover between printed catalogs.
- Each catalog will introduce new products ALONG with the selection of our staples such as ink, cardstock, tools, adhesives, etc. so you only need to keep track of one catalog at a time.
- Catalogs will be available for 4 month cycles – January – April, May – August, and September-December.
- Some products will be available from one catalog to the next, while also introducing new products every 4 months. After a catalog is no longer available, most products will still be available online as well, extending the product availability. Just because a product isn’t featured in the current catalog doesn’t mean it’s unavailable!
- The new catalog program will hopefully reduce the overwhelmed feeling of having to keep track of multiple printed items and focus more on seasonal relevence.
That word “Change” gives us an uncomfortable feeling – we like things structured and routine. But hopefully, this “change” will make things easier for the shopping experience. Stampin’ Up! will continue to offer new products as Online Exclusives, they will continue to roll out the Product of the Month, they will continue to provide us with exciting craft products, but we just have to roll with the change as they do so.
