Christmas Gifts For Nora's Class - Lola Rist, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Good morning!!! Here in northeast Missouri the weather is heading up to 60 degrees, and tomorrow it’s shooting for the low 70’s! Not at all what you would expect just two weeks before Christmas, is it??!! We are in Christmas mode at this house since our kids and their families are coming in this week to celebrate Christmas. This is the year of the kids going to their in laws on Christmas day, and as long as we are gathered together, it will be fine. Maybe even better since everyone will be at their homes on Christmas Eve, and with the presents out of the way, we can truly focus on the birth of our Savior.

Slap Bracelets Gifts!!

I enjoyed sending treats to my grand daughter Nora’s class at Halloween so this week I’m putting together Christmas treats to hand out. Nora’s school is not allowing any food treats, so I had to do some searching. I found Christmas slap bracelets to share on Amazon, and with some adjusting from a treat package I demonstrated a couple of weeks ago they turned out super cute and easy!!!

Dimensions and Directions!

By measuring the width of the bracelet as well as the length, I was able to create this easy packaging idea. I cut my DSP 3.5 by 10.5 inches. I scored at .5, and 2 inches, turned it a quarter turn and scored at 1 inch. Cut all tabs but one large off the the 1 inch side. Burnish all of the score lines, then I put tear and tape on the long 1/2 inch side and glued the tube together. Place tear and tape on the bottom tab remaining and fold up to close the tube in. I inserted the open end into a tag topper punch, centering before punching. Slide your bracelet in, and decorate! Sounds clear as mud, right????? LOL
