I pulled out the Cottage Wreath stamp set this weekend to play with, and I completely forgot how much I love this set! I love the versatility with stamp choices where you can create both Halloween and Christmas, or focus on all 4 of the seasons. This set offers lots of variety for the entire year. Today I needed a beautiful, simple card for a dear friend who is struggling. But last night – actually, early morning since I was awake and stamping at 3am! – I created an elegant Christmas card with gold foil using the same stamp set. Later this week I want to give Halloween a try, even though we don’t have Halloween DSP yet! (It’s coming though since I’ll be up in the wee hours Wednesday morning placing my demostrator preorder for the Holiday mini catalog! I just as well, cause I’ll probably be awake!! LOL)
Night Of Navy As The Single Color In This Card!

My go-to card style is simple and clean, with a touch of elegance. Don’t get me wrong – I LOVE my dies, punches, lots of layers, beautiful DSP, etc. – but when I am needing a quick card simple and clean are my go to’s for designing. And it’s hard to go wrong with a monochromatic card, isn’t it? The striped DSP came from the One Horse, One Sleigh DSP from our online exclusive collection. It has this simple striped pattern, and lucky for me the reverse side is not one of my favorites! Dang, there are some beautiful winter scenes in this DSP!
Cottage Wreaths Starring The Real Red Gold Dotted Ribbon!

Change the color, change orientation from portrait to landscape, add gold foil mats and you have a simple Christmas card showcasing the Real Red Gold Dotted Ribbon! Add some berry and ribbon dies and you have a totally different look. The Real Red DSP pattern also is from One Horse, One Sleigh and I love the splotchy look that pairs with the gold mats.

Final Thoughts…..
We have made it through another security layer of FaceBook, and are one step closer to recovery. This has been such a problem, and I hate that I’m unable to reach my followers to explain the situation of why I was unable to finish the drawing for our Taco Fiesta stamp set. Hoping they will understand when I’m back on social media, whether through my old business page or I have to start a second one.
Luckily I have my son Evan to help me manouver through this mess created because someone wants to create havoc for you with hacking. He’s my own personal tech guy that I try NOT to over use with tech problems. Praying that I’ll be back online soon with my FB LIVES because I have realized HOW MUCH I enjoy them!!!! Hear’s hoping life returns back to normal soon – at least in the area of social media!
Until tomorrow, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!!
