In about 2 hours I will be gathering with a group of ladies who represent The Andy Griffith Show Card Guild which is part of The Andy Griffith Show -Blood Brothers Chapter. These ladies LOVE to gather to craft, to chat and laugh, and if you throw in lunch it’s all the better!!!! They are not ones who want to invest in lots of supplies, BUT they enjoy making cards! Our Kits Collection is simply perfect for these gals to make some cards which enjoying each other’s company!
But if you are an avid papercrafter like me you enjoy playing and creating new designs with the kit components. You don’t want to be limited to simply three designs or what’s included in the kit. It’s the challenge to see how far you can stretch the kit to make more cards. Today’s post is about using the kit and creating other designs!
So What’s In The COLORFUL KALEIDOSCOPE Kit?
The Colorful Kaleidoscope Kit comes with everything viewed above in the pictures – enough to make 9 cards, stamps, ink spot, block, adhesives – you simply need to add scissors or a pointer such as a paper piercing tool or your take a pick tool!
How Would You Create More Cards With This Kit???
Because our kits list the colors used, you can easily gather supplies to make additional cards with the kit components! Grab some coordinating cardstock along with basic white, a paper cutter, your adhesive choice, and start creating! In the pictures below I simply cut my cards and an envelope apart, then added cardstock and ribbon to the mix. Stampin’ Up usually includes 1-2 extra labels to stamp on, but you can also cut your own labels to add to the pile.

Final Thoughts…..
Even though you may consider yourselves an avid crafter don’t overlook the Kits Collection available online. Sometimes I simply need an easy project for crafting without needing gobs of supplies! I simply don’t want to think, I just want to play! Know that feeling??? I have friends who are interested in papercrafting but do not know where to start. Our Kit Line is perfect for this! And as I’ve mentioned mutliple times, hosting a “Craft, Chat, and Chew” party is such a fun way to gather with friends!!!
I pack a couple of kits to take on vacation, to have on hand while visiting with family, and have even completed kits waiting in the hospital while Jim had a knee replacement! I’ve pulled one out sitting in the airport while we waited for connecting flights, and I have given a kit to a friend for a birthday gift, along with a message to take her out for lunch and craft time!!
Until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!
