I’m beginning to feel like a broken record guys!!! Cold weather – still here! Snow and wind chills – still here! Schools not in session -still here!!!!! Thankfully we have warm homes to cozy up in, plenty of crafting to be done to keep us busy, and cell phones that keep us connected with our friends even though we can’t gather together!!!
One Of Our Cards For Next Month’s Technique Class!
Yesterday we talked about overlooking great die sets because we don’t care for the coresponding stamp set included in the bundle. The Everyday Details dies is one of those sets you do NOT want to miss, and another one is the Thoughtful Expressions die set.
The label above is one of the dies included in the Thoughtful Expressions dies. There are two different sets of labels for a total of 10 labels in various sizes, as well as stems, flower, and leaves that do not need the stamp set to use. The total die count is 19 so when you take the 4 dies away that DO COORDINATE with the stamp set, it still leaves you with 15 very useable dies, making this a great die set to not overlook.
Where Did That Gorgeous Background Come From?????
Isn’t that embossed background beautiful?????? Would you believe it is created with a brayer?: I’ve been toying around with doing a SPEED BINGO class online – going to have to be in February though – and using the brayer as the focus of our cards. New products are great and awesome to have, but then you have figure out “what do I use it for?????” We will use the brayer to showcase 4-5 techniques that you can recreate at home. Our product will include a brayer – already have one?? No problem, because TWO IS EVEN BETTER when inking multiple colors!!! Keep watching for more details.
Final Thoughts….
So broken record though it is, please stay safe in this frigid weather!!! Use the time to craft and catch up on projects, cuddle up under a warm blanket to read, or grab your cell phone and have a long chat with a friend. This weather WILL PASS so until next time, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!
