Hello everyone and welcome to the beginning of a new week! We are having a few quiet days waiting for my husband Jim’s upcoming surgery to arrive, and I’m enjoying my last week home before school begins. This will be my final year providing speech services two days weekly. After retiring 8 years ago from teaching fulltime, I’ve finally decided it’s time to do just that!
This morning’s FB LIVE was centered around the Christmas To Remember Bundle that coordinates with the Painted Christmas Suite. The Cherry Cobbler berry stems are actually a die included in the Peaceful Poinsettia stamp set and dies introduced a year ago and still included in the annual catalog.

I love the beautiful, intricate dies included in the bundle, but occasionally I struggle with getting a clean die cut without tearing. I chose to use a pattern from the Decorative Series Paper Painted Christmas instead of using card stock. The white splotches were part of the pattern and give the delicate pine branches a look of flocking. Don’t you just love it?
