Pool Boy is currently listening to all of the sports commentators argue over yesterday’s games. Do we have lots of plans for the week? Not really! Final Thoughts….
Grandson Calvin enjoyed the holiday lights at their church last night, and I loved this picture of him with his dad. There’s nothing better than enjoying the magic and joy of Christmas thru the eyes of a little one. Even though he is just a few weeks away from being two (or doo as he says), you forget that he’s truly enjoying Christmas for the first time seeing how he was just 11 months this time last year.
I found an awesome Advent calendar that is simply perfect for him this year, and he’s enjoying the wooden animals inside. Just the perfect size for little hands without being too small. I found this calendar on Target.com but it was shipped from Germany. Leave a comment if you are interested in the link!
FYI – the first Advent calendar Fiona Margaret experienced was a huge book with 25 small story books. Unfortunately, she didn’t follow the directions of “open just one a day” and she proceeded to open all 25 on day 1 cause she wanted to see all the books! That’s our Fiona! Gotta keep an eye on her! LOL!
