Stampin Up always amazes me with the beauty of their designer’s series paper collections – which we as paper crafters label DSP. They offer unique color combos and beautiful imagery on one side, while the reverse side gives you a smaller pattern that many times can be used throughout the year for other projects. Last year’s DSP Hearwarming Hugs was originally intended for Christmas but makes awesome men’s cards as well.
The Beauty of Blackberry Bliss
Today’s card is continuing with our Pretty Pumpkin Bundle of the week, but not traditional in any sense. Highlighting the gorgeous DSP Blackberry Beauty design, I used gold foil for the pumpkins and leaves.
Gold Foil Throughout
The Blackberry Beauty DSP is included in the Blackberry Suite from Stampin Up’s Mini Catalog. Images from the stamp set are repeated throughout the DSP paper selections.
Embellishment Ideas
Included with the pumpkin die cuts is a gold branch that I found in the BlackBerry Beauty Ephemera Pack. Be sure to check out the embellishments and detailed images included in this set to coordinate with the DSP.
Gilded Pumpkins need extra bling with rhinestones, but what do you do when they have none to coordinate with Blackberry Bliss? Simply pull out the Blends and color!
