Happy About Hedgehogs!

Happy First Monday of the Year and Merry Christmas Day Eight! I’m not sure for everyone that today is happy since many are returning to work on a cold, snow -covered day and for Chiefs fans it’s not happy since they lost yesterday, but I do enjoy the 12 days after Christmas! Our trees will slowly disappear this week but until then they are still lit from morning to night. By the weekend Christmas will be packed away until next year but I will enjoy every minute I can til then!

Today’s card is centered around the Happy Hedgehog stamp set and Hedgehog Builder Punch that are in the new Stampin’ Up! January-June Mini Catalog going live tomorrow!!!! This cute little guy was on my must have list, and I paired it up with the Decorative Series Paper In The Wild from the Annual Catalog. Our annual catalog is full of exciting product but it’s human nature to focus on the new, isn’t it?

Stampin’ Up!’s Awesome Paper Trimmer!

I chose to create the Dutch Door Fun Fold for today’s card. To recreate, you will need a good paper cutter with measurements on the cutting mechanism for precision cutting.
