Last Chance For Some Great Stand Alone Dies!

The clock is ticking for the end of the LAST CHANCE PRODUCT list with May 2nd the final day of the sale. Out of curiosity I went online to see what is remaining – many of the bundles are gone along with DSP, embellishments etc. There are still good buys to be had between embossing folders and stand alone dies though. What are “stand alone dies” you ask??? Good Question!!! I consider any die package that is able to be used WITHOUT the corresponding stamp set as “stand alone dies”. For example, Stitched So Sweetly dies were part of a bundle but the stamp set is long gone. YET there is not a single die in the set corresponding to the stamps! You can still get great use from the dies even though the stamp set is gone.

So Let’s See What Stand Alone Dies Are Still Available!

The ICONIC DIES are true stand alone dies because there was no corresponding stamp set! All of the dies are useable AND look at the variety with the different flowers, bird, etc. This was buried in the die section that many of us skip over because we already own the bundle. A true hidden gem!

The SO MANY SNOWFLAKES DIES worked with a corresponding stamp set, but all of the dies above can be easily used without a stamped image. They can be layered on top for dimension, or sprinkled on a card front or sampler for beauty.

The TASTEFUL LABELS dies are so versatile and I will let you in on a little secret – I only used the corresponding stamp set ONE TIME!!! I turned to this set for so many cards in the time it’s been around and I will miss this set for sure!

The STITCHED SO SWEETLY dies I was talking about at the beginning of the post are still available . Look at the layering possibilities with the top set of dies, and then the number of scalloped rectangles! And hello, if it says stitched it just umps up the value for me!

The STITCHED STARS – yes, stitched! – is a beautiful set of dies that can be used time and time again. Not only do you have the delicate stars and the solid stars, but you also can use the NEGATIVE space making this a multi-facetted die collection!

The WORD WISHES dies are a wonderful collection for holidays and celebrations that you can use for cards as well as gift packaging for tags and pennants. I especially loved the inclusion of St. Patrick’s Day as well as Mother’s and Father’s Days. And the script adds to the beauty.

The New 2022-23 Annual Catalog Goes Live On May 3!

So, when you pick up your copy of the new annual catalog, turn back to the pages of the dies only beginning on page 169. You will see many new dies that are included in bundles, BUT there are 14 NEW dies that are exclusively STAND ALONE DIES!! Don’t miss them!! There are artistic mats for card fronts, a cracker/treat box, designer tags, pop up shapes — so many to choose from and easily lost because our first thought is “bundles”. Floral images are wonderful, but when you are first building your die collection, turn to those dies that can give you the most bang for the buck. Those are the true keepers and work horses because you will use them over and over. Stand Alone Dies are the bomb! Be sure to check them out!
