Good Morning everyone!!!!! I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday doing things you enjoy. Besides the final prep for Stamp ‘n Sip we went outside and did some yard work and it was wonderful enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Each day there are more daffodils and hyacinths blooming and it’s just a matter of time before the flowering trees pop with color. This week’s classes include tonight’s group as well as the Techniques class, then prep shifts to the kitchen on Thursday for cooking. Pool Boy Jim is the chef for the main dishes and I’m the dessert gal. Our family will be here late Friday for Easter weekend, and we are having two of Jim’s grandmother Nora’s desserts – her frozen lemon dessert and also her frozen strawberry dessert. (And that’s exactly what she called them!) The strawberry one is my favorite except for having to stand there holding the mixer for the 20 minutes called for. Thank goodness for Kitchenaid stand mixers!!!
