Earlier this week I shared information about a benefit dear to my heart – The Coats For Kids Program here in our community. Our church established this program over 20 years ago and it’s been funded fully by donations, civic organizations and businesses, as well as small grants through Thrivent. In those 20 years over $26,000 has been raised to purchase over 1300 coats for children in need. So during the start of the upcoming holiday season I would love to have you join me in a benefit that helps to purchase a new coat for a child AND craft at the same time!!!!
Stampin’ Up has a loaded cardmaking kit currently 30% off WHILE SUPPLIES LAST making it just under $41!! For every kit purchased at the link below, I will contribute $12.50 towards the Coats For Kids Program.
https://www.stampinup.com/products/secret-garden-cardmaking-workshop-kit?demoid=2118088
Here’s what’s included:
- 16 card bases and envelopes
- 12 sheets of DSP in multiple prints
- The Secret Garden Stamp Set
- The Secret Garden Dies
- coordinating gems to embellish
- directions for multiple cards you can use the above materials to create
For those purchasing at the link above, I will email my tutorial with 8-10 ADDITIONAL CARDS I created with these supplies!!! LOTS of papercrafting while also helping the Coats For Kids Program!!!! It’s a double win for sure!!!
I’m not one to stamp directly onto DSP – I prefer to add labels to most of my papercrafting projects – but here I stamped the floral image on one of the DSP patterns included. Since the colors are from the CTMH line no longer available, I turned to my Stampin’ Up inks to find a complimentary shade. Here I used Lost Lagoon to stamp the greeting and floral die cut. Pretty close in my eyes!!!
I hope you will join me in this worthy cause during the coming holiday season. I plan to offer this benefit thru December 7, but remember – with Stampin’ Up it is WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Once this product is gone it’s gone. Nothing beats the joy of seeing a child receive a new coat when they have none. And nothing beats the warmth we receive from helping others.
Until next week, have a great weekend, find time to enjoy crafting and creating, and God Bless!!!!
