One of my favorite things to make when stamping and crafting is Christmas tags!!!! I honestly could make tags all the way through the year. Which is really kind of silly because they are going out to the trash with the wrapped, then torn Christmas paper. Our family is NOT the kind to save the papers and bows and such – with one exception!!!! Thirty years ago one of the great uncles informed the kids that if “you want your card/envelope filled again NEXT YEAR with cash then give them back to me!” Let me tell, the money came out of that card, then it was a race to see who could hand back their card/envelope the fastest. I don’t know how many years those cards/envelopes were recycled but he never had to repeat the message!
Christmas Tags With The Traditional Christmas Colors!

Stampin’ Up created a great tag bundle that is versatile so it’s not limited to simply Christmas! You have stamps and dies that work with Valentine’s Day and birthdays as well!!! We are going to concentrate on tags this week for gift giving, BUT don’t let this set fool you. It will work for creating cute cards as well!! I’ll be sharing ideas with this set throughout the week so be sure to check back daily to see our different ideas!!
Gift Box Of Christmas Tags For Gift Giving!

I have always loved gifts that I can use! Believe me, teachers receive SO MANY coffee cups, apple pencil holders, trinkets – you name it, we get it!!! My absolute favorite gift was car wash tokens one year – practical, useful, and not sitting around collecting dust. Years ago we had a family in Shelby County who gave a loaf of homemade bread to EVERY TEACHER their child had! Mom baked and froze loaves of bread, then the kids carried in boxes of bread to hand all of their teachers!!! It was delicious and something made is much more valued than something purchased from a store. So, I stress to you to figure out a few gifts using your paper crafting skills. A box of cards, a gift box of tags, – anything that will add a smile to their face knowing you made this for them!!
