Good morning everyone and welcome to Monday!!! Even though we have been travelling the past couple of weeks I spent a whole day before leaving typing and scheduling posts so you still had projects to view. It was my first time scheduling and I believe I had everything right EXCEPT for the time it was to be posted to your emails so you probably got them all hours of the day!! Technology – got to love it and we can’t do without it, but it can sure make you want to pull your hair out! LOL
Hues Of Happiness DSP As A Starting Point!
When I sat down to design today’s card, I had no idea which direction I was going. Could have been a Halloween card since Oct. 31 is just a week away, then again I could have continued with adding to my Christmas card collection, right??? I even pulled out the Rustic Harvest DSP and contemplated it. I need a card to send to a very special person who’s dealing with some difficult issues so I decided to use the Hues of Happiness DSP instead.
I love the bright, cheery florals and colors! By reading those colors that coordinate on the back of the package it was easy to select the card stocks and blends to use. That little snippet on the package – the coordinating colors found in the designer series paper – is one I use many times as a starting point for designing. Do you use it as well???

Final Thoughts….
We hit the ground Saturday morning running by preparing for Tuesday night’s card class, our final Christmas card class of 2022. I’m so excited that my cards will be finished and ready to go before November 1!!! In past years while working I’ve always put them off to mid December so I am ahead of the game. While travelling we also picked up multiple Christmas gifts so who knows???? I may have those wrapped as well by December 1!!!
