The 11th of any month is special when it comes to Stampin’ Up!’s Paper Pumpkin subscription. That’s the day we receive a snippet of information regarding the upcoming kit. Those snippets come with just one photo, and a small blurb as to what the kit’s creative purpose is.
It’s interesting though to see all of the alternative projects created with Paper Pumpkin elements – some are purists and make the kit exactly as intended, while others cut and snip and create their own designs while adding additional card stock, extra dies, etc.
I’ve even seen one demonstrator who creates all month long with the stamp sets included in the kits! She’s very creative and certainly has to think outside the box when it comes to her projects!
And with the arrival of the October kit, we have the arrival of an additional add on die set that I think you will love!
Introducing The Noel Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit For October!
Just looking at the photo snippet of the the Noel Greetings kit we can gather quite a bit of info!
- Obviously it’s Christmas related with a card base and envelopes included!
- We see that it’s coordinated with the NEUTRAL NOEL SUITE so we include additional products to stretch the kit further!
- There are gold or metallic gems for embellishment, and Mossy Meadow twine included!
- AND the add on die set includes small tree dies – ALWAYS nice to have!!!
- And the color combination should be Basic Beige, Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake, and Pecan Pie since it coordinates with the Neutral Noel Suite!

The add on die set for October thru December is loaded with great dies – including A TAG! The LAYERING TAGS die set is NOT necessary for completing the Paper Pumpkin kits, but are there to help you enhance and stretch your creativity!
These little die sets are only available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST and also FOR PAPER PUMPKIN CUSTOMERS!!! That means you can’t purchase this set – that is only $13! – if you don’t subscribe to the monthly program. HOWEVER, I have used these die kits for pop up classes and can order multiple sets since I have a subscription, so reach out if you want this add on package.
Final Thoughts….
I know it’s on the minds of most Americans today as we remember the 9/11 tragedy. It is hard to believe that it’s 25 years later, yet I can still remember where I was when the tragedy unfolded. I was with 7th and 8th grade choir in the South Shelby music room, and with the first plane, we were thinking it was a horrendous accident. By the end of the class with the second tower hit, we knew there was no accident, but a planned attack.
And in the 2nd hour with my HS Choir members we watched on the TV monitors as two more flights were involved in the attack. That day prayer was back in my classroom, as I believe it was throughout the United States.
God’s Blessings on each of you, and especially the families who lost loved ones that day.
We will never forget.
