Time was moving too quickly for me yesterday and I didn’t have time to post my card with pink geraniums! I had two stamping events yesterday with our church card ministry and then our monthly card class, so between the two events I prepped for over 200 cards and packed everything to take to church. We finished up using the New Horizons DSP for our card ministry and then focused on the fall stamp sets as well as the Rustic Harvest DSP for our card class. Nice to have both of those off the table for a month so we can focus on Stamp ‘n Sip next week with our geranium sampler!
Loving The Color Combo of Polished Pink and Black!
I focused on just using the geranium stamps for the blossoms and leaves. I used Polished Pink stamped off for the blossom color, and the detailed stamp was inked with Melon Mambo. For the leaves it it Parakeet Party stamped off for the leave color, with the detailed images in Granny Apple Green. The DSP of black and white is one of the patterns from Perfectly Penciled in the annual catalog, and both the DSP and the Polished Pink Mats were die cut with one of the dies from the Basic Borders collection.
