Yesterday was “one of those days” that had ups and downs! In the middle of my weekly FB LIVE the power went out, causing me to reschedule later in the day. A definite “up” however was gathering with some of my retired co-workers for lunch. We were small in number since so many had other commitments, but we were large in the laughter and visiting. It was good for the soul to catch up and enjoy being together, but 3 1/2 hours of the day devoted to driving and visiting was a bit too much for me, and I felt the stress to get back on track with my plans for the day. By end of the day, the FB LIVE was repeated, the card classes were packaged, everything put away, good memories from visiting with co-workers, and all that didn’t get finished was packing the supplies needed for today’s card class. I’m on a roll this morning so packing is next on the agenda, then we will load up and go.
Some Color Combos For The Ink To Paper Technique!
In my FB LIVE I shared some examples of color combos to use for this fun technique. Posted below are the examples I shared, as well as running them through the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder. It’s amazing how taking 3-4 shades of color can create some interesting backgrounds to use in paper crafting. Which one is your favorite pic??????
Final Thoughts….
I encourage you to pull out either ink pads or the small ink spots and try the Ink to Paper Technique. It’s very easy and clean but it’s amazing the different mats you can create with all of our 50 shades of color.
And in case you really want to know —- selecting 4 shades out of our 50 colors, you can come up with 230,300 combinations. How’s that for mathematics????
FYI – I googled it! Till Wednesday, have a great day, keep crafting, keep stamping, and God Bless!!!!
