We had a whirlwind of a weekend here in Missouri!!! We left Friday to visit our daughter’s family on one side of the state, did a crosscountry drive (actually, a crossSTATE drive) to Kansas City for the Chiefs game, and spent the night with Jim’s mom in her hometown. Saturday we watched the granddaughters playing soccer. Fiona’s age group has mastered following the ball, even as it goes behind the goal and around the spectators’ chairs. LOL They also have the idea to kick the ball so when the ball gets close to your chair you had best watch out!!! Nora’s team has a much better handle on the fundamentals and playing their position – most of the time. Both were fun, and I wish we lived closer to watch a few more games.
After an over night visit to Pool Boy’s hometown to visit his mom, we drove to Kansas City for a beautiful day of tailgating, Chiefs’ football, and Taylor Swift viewings! We made it home about 10pm and within an hour we crashed – even without unloading the truck!
Have You Checked Out The Hybrid Stars At Night Embossing Folder?????

Several years ago Stampin’ Up introduced hybrid embossing folders to paper crafting, and if you’ve not grabbed one yet, you are in for a treat. These folders not only emboss beautiful imagery to your cardstock, they also have the potential to emboss and diecut at the same time!!!! Truly, the best way to get to know this product is simply to play!!! Today’s card uses the Stars At Night bundle along with the Oh Holy Night DSP, and is cased from our Holiday mini catalog. I am so bad about ignoring the sample photos and only focusing on the actual products – anyone else have that problem?????

Final Thoughts…
This week were planning on going to San Antonio, but decided to cancel. We’ve nothing planning except for catching up on some things here at home – no card classes, no stamping events, no meetings – just a week to enjoy home and relax. We are both in need of that. I have several projects to get designed for next month as well. I’ll be back tomorrow with another project using the the Oh Holy Night Suite, but until then, take time to relax and enjoy crafting, creating, and God Bless!!!
