It’s hard to believe that Christmas is just over 2 months away! Looking out my window there are leaves still hanging lush and full on the trees, many of which haven’t begun to change color. But the crisp chill in the air reminds us that the time of change is coming whether we are ready or not! And when that change arrives, snow is usually not far off!

Today’s card was created using the beautiful Silver Foil Specialty Pack from the Mini holiday catalog that comes with three different finishes – brushed, matte, and mirror. Although it’s not easy to see I used the brushed finish.
To Bundle or Not To Bundle???
The Giving Gift Dies have some beautifully detailed dies that can be used for multiple of uses. I love the look of the snowflakes against the open pane, rather like looking through a window in the winter when snow is blowing! The Wintry 3D Embossing Folder Duo – Two for the Price of One!
The Wintry 3D embossing folder is smaller than the 4 inch basic white mat of the card, but I could still add texture to the entire card front! By embossing the full folder width on the right, I than ran it through a second time, embossing the remaining mat surface, and the placement of my snowflake die cut covered up any embossed print where the images didn’t match. To finish it off with a touch of bling – the basic rhinestones fit the bill!
