Pool Boy just shook his head at me as he went to bed but he did remind me I can get a couple of hours asleep tomorrow morning as we head to Kansas City. He has it all planned out – from taking Shelby the canine diva to our son’s house, washing the car, breakfast along the way, stops at three stores (one of which is located by KC’s City Market so the cooler is already in the car in case we purchase some produce there), AND he knows where we are having lunch before heading to our friend Kathy’s in Olathe. You may think I’M the coordinating planner in this family, but he out does me in this area!!! I promise he has a list of herbs and seasonings to pick up for the pantry, his produce items needed for his homemade salsa, AND a grocery list JUST IN CASE he decides to go shopping all on his phone!! LOL!!!
