We have arrived to Friday, the end of the school week, and for most the end of the work week! Here in northeast Missouri the weather is wonderful – cooler temps, little to no humidity, and the weekend ahead promises the same! It’s the kind of weather you want to go outside and do some work, but when you are a papercrafter that’s probably not a good thing. Can’t you just see the diecuts, mats, and everything else blowing in the wind?? So instead, papercrafting happens inside.

Aren’t these cards simply stunning???? The Lights Of Aurora Suite heading our way in the Holiday mini is probably one of the most beautiful ones included in the catalog. The intricate dies, the unusual stamp set, and the embellishments are all beautiful, but truly the icing on the cake is the stunning DSP!!! OMG!!!
Our friend Chris Howe created the cards above for a FB LIVE this past week, but had to cancel due to health issues. We are hopeful she will be able to join us this coming week to share her work, but you will only be able to watch by joining our private group page – Stamp. Ink. Paper – Creating With Pam and Lola. Not a member?? Not a problem! Simply click on the link below to request to join us.

This group started back during the Covid shutdown, and we have been going strong ever since. What started out as a way to continue connecting with our stamping friends has grown to over 500 crafting friends who gather to share projects, ideas, and just to connect with like-minded people who love papercrafting.
Holiday Paper/Ribbon Shares Continue Now Thru Sept. 4!!

Registrations are still coming in for the Holiday Paper/Ribbon Shares!!! The DSP in this catalog – as well as the new ones coming to Online Exclusives in September – are gorgeous, with the Light and Wonder DSP above a prime example. Paper Shares are the easiest way to have a “taste” of everything, THEN you can decide which ones you want to order full packs of.
Each 1/4 package of DSP (cut in 6×6 inch squares) comes in a resealable cellophane bag with all of the info included – DSP name, Item #, coordinating card stock, etc. With 120 pieces of DSP in the share, that brings it to about 40 cents per piece – making it very reasonable as well! More info can be found at the link below, as well as the registration form!

Final Thoughts…
Pool Boy and I have a quiet weekend ahead. No plans of any kind other than church on Sunday morning. Just three days to get caught up on some little projects if we want. We do have a Chiefs’ game to watch tonight. We stopped attending the preseason games several years ago. Long days sitting in excessive August heat with little excitement happening on the field. Most of our starters hardly play because the focus is on the remaining players trying to make the team, so easier to watch on TV in the airconditioning. BUT with the break in the weather, it should be a beautiful night to be there.
Prayers for Chris that she find answers and relief for her health issues, so she’s back to going strong. Here’s hoping you have a wonderful, restful weekend and can find time to enjoy the weather as well as your hobbies! Keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!!!
