Things are always abit harried when it’s time for vacation, aren’t they? And it seems like we have been off schedule every week in July due to a variety of reasons. I didn’t want to miss our group FB LIVE again, but knowing how loaded my schedule was, I wasn’t sure I could find time to design a project. So Chris Howe to the rescue!!! When I shared with Pam that Chris was coming she said “I’m glad she wanted to help us”. So I had to share that the word WANT wasn’t really it – Chris was WILLING, not really wanting! LOL
But as always, she rose to the occasion to share two fun summer cards using the Beach Day Bundle!! Aren’t these super cute???? The one on the left is a book fold, and uses the colors of Coastal Cabana and Peach Pie. Chris is always willing to try a new technique or fun fold project, so she created this sun beach scene using watercolor paper and water painters. For her watercolor combo, she worked with Crumb Cake, Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie, and Pretty In Pink. Using the adhesive sheets was key in running all of the small die cuts as well!
Then let’s look at the evening card to the right. Instead of watercoloring here, she turned to the Meandering Meadows DSP along with the colors of Night Of Navy and Petunia Pop. I rarely use the backside of this DSP because I love the watercolored fields of flowers on the reverse side, but this one is perfect to showcase for sure! Again, those adhesive sheets came in handy when assemblying the finished project.

This group page started during the spring of COVID to keep our people connected, stamping, and focused on something we could control versus a health issue we couldn’t. Time To REDEEM Those Bonus Codes Earned In July!!!
Best part of the July Promotion for Bonus Days is the arrival of August so you can REDEEM those Codes for discounted orders!!!! Now through August 31, use those codes to help you save on products that you have been thinking about. Can you apply all of your codes on one big order???:? YES!!!! Just remember, using those codes will not reflect with earning rewards at the same time. If you turn in $150 in codes you will NOT qualify for free product as well, but that’s ok cause the product you are ordering is ALREADY free!!!
One word of advice – if you are placing orders for mailed kits and classes from demos your order still needs to meet the guidelines they have set. If the class has a minimum amount such as $50, you will probably need to place that much before using codes so you also qualify for the class. Just be sure to check with your demonstrator to be sure of this!
