Technology is simply not my thing but when I compare where I started three years ago to where I am now it’s a world of growth. Three years ago I was sweating my way through trying to get my blog up and running only to end in frustration and LOTS of inappropriate cuss words, with nothing accomplished. And three years later , I have posted over 600 entries!!!! I can edit photos, I can link posts to my email service, I can do SO MUCH – but all it takes is one little thing and that frustration and cuss words are back! LOL. Thanks to Amy Celona at Webs By Amy for her help and patience in dealing with me, the paper/ribbon shares link is UP AND RUNNING!!!!!

I posted the info about the 2024 Paper/Ribbon shares earlier this week, but was waiting for the link to the form to be complete. Click on the link below to access the events section of my blog where I describe the 4 choices – paper only, ribbon only, OR paper/ribbon combined for 2 FREE items as well. The 4th choice is to add the $10 shipping charge for those wanting their shares mailed to their home!!! After reading through the options there is a 2nd link to access for payment info.

One Of My FAVORITE Stampin’ Up Products – The NOTECARDS!!!!

I had one more grant left to complete before the end of 2023 so during the last 5 days I have been busy stamping 500 – that’s not a typo folks! – notecards!!!! Truly one of the best products we have are these simple Basic White, Very Vanilla, and Kraft notecard/envelope combinations!!! They come pre-cut, pre-scored, and ready for some simple stamping to embellish. With the use of a stamping positioning tool and the chub for my hand (that’s the black circle item that saves my palm!) I can stamp 5 packages – that’s a total of 100 notecards – in an hour.

I turned to my pre-order boxes for these large, floral images and simple greetings of thanks. I especially love the Detailed Dogwood branches on the cards to the far left. The Detailed Dogwood stamp set is one of the items free during Sale-A-Bration with any order of $100 or more.
These 500 notecards are all stamped in shades of pink, and will be bundled into groups of 10 cards/envelopes and sealed in our 6×8 cellophane bags, then taken to an area cancer treatment center for distribution to breast cancer patients undergoing treatments.
Final Thoughts….
Pool Boy Jim said he can tell I’m feeling much better because I’m back to normal – for me, that is! – because I’m looking for things to keep me busy. He knows me well! It feels good to be able to mark somethings off my mental list, and to feel like I’m moving forward again. Definitely getting the paper/ribbon shares posted and live has taken that off the mind, and tomorrow we move on to class schedules for the first three months of 2024.
Remember at the turn of the century – from 1999 to 2000 – and how everyone was worried that the computer/technological stuff may well snafu at midnight???? We’ve come a LONG way since then too.
But all it takes is one problem with technology and those cuss words re-surface!!! LOL!!!
Until next time, have a great day enjoying something you love, and God Bless!!!!
