Good morning and Happy Tuesday!!! Hard to believe that we are almost 1 full week into the month of September, a few of our leaves are starting to turn, and it’s time to clear out the summer flowers and store the pots until next spring. Normally I wait until end of September but with being gone a couple of weeks the beginning of October I was ready to start fall cleanup early. Before you know it, it will be time to decorate for Christmas and the holidays!!!

Vintage Christmas is one of those little gems of a stamp set tucked into the catalog that many people miss. Not a shining star with detailed dies, not connected with any gorgeous DSP packets, it’s just tucked away in hopes someone will see it’s beauty and say “I need this!”. Because it coordinates with the Vintage Bottle punch bundle in the annual catalog you DO need this!!! It gives you a totally different look to the bottles as well as the floral stamps BUT it doesn’t scream Christmas. Other than the two little greetings you would never realize it’s a Christmas stamp set!
The striking feature is that coordination with the punch bundle, giving you twice the bang for the buck with the punch. Every so often Stampin’ Up sneaks one of these gems in and I try to pick them up. And when storing, I put both stamp sets in one case so everything is together for future crafting!!!

Final Thoughts…
I hope you can find some time in your day to spend crafting, what ever medium you use! I’m thankful that my mom was a crafter, and it has continued with my sister and myself, and now our daughters. My mom was a seamstress, later turning to quilting. My sister quilts, her daughter paints, and my daughter knits. The difficult part lies in finding the time to do so. It needs to be a priority, even if just for 30 minutes. Crafting feeds our soul, calms our hearts, and quiets our minds. We need more of this in our world! Until next time, find time to craft, and God Bless!!!!
