What is it about a fun fold design we love??? Is it the unusual layout that you see when first looking at a card, or maybe the way a fun fold can stand on it’s own for display??? Or maybe it’s the element of surprise when it comes to opening!!!! Whatever it is, as paper crafters we all agree that fun folds add versatility and interest – not only to the person receiving it, but also to us as crafters!!!!
The cards above are ones Chris Howe shared last night on our private group page Stamp. Ink. Paper. – Creating With Pam And Lola! Chris is one of Pam’s downlines and she loves the challenge of learning and playing with techniques and designs. The large blue card above will be one she hand-delivers to her Mother for Mother’s Day, while another one will be presented to their daughter on her upcoming college graduation. She enjoys following other demonstrators and designers, and the Spiral Fun Fold came from Kristina Rees at Creating With Kristina. Please be sure to check her out!!!
Want To See The Element Of Surprise Opening This Card????
Our private group page began the spring of Covid as a way to keep our friends stamping and connecting thru our weekly FB LIVES, and here we are still continuing! We USUALLY gather on Tuesday evenings at 7pm but occasionally – such as this week!- we have to adjust schedules due to family and work commitments. We have a video with directions posted for this fun fold from last night and you can access by requesting to join our stamping community at the link below – the more the merrier!

Final Thoughts….
We are off for a fast trip to see our kids and grands – first to attend Grandparent’s Day with Fiona at school, then we will also squeeze in softball and T-ball games. Nora has an early dismissal day as well so we have plans on taking her to lunch for one of her favorites – toasted ravioli! Then we head home for two graduation receptions as well as confirmation at church, so busy few days ahead. Hard to believe that May is in full swing! Tomorrow’s cards will be graduation themed! Have a great day and enjoy doing what you love!!!! Until tomorrow, keep stamping, keep crafting, and God Bless!
