With my April classes wrapped and in the books, I’ve turned my attention to preparing my swaps for the incentive trip and my first class that meets 24 hours after I get home! That’s tight, so best to prepare ahead if at all possible! I’m working my way through the whole “A Little Latte” DSP stack of 6 packages with the card swaps, the 3D swaps, and my gifts to share with friends. Still going to have some coffee paper left over, BUT at least half will be used today. What’s a swap????? Stampin’ Up people can not go to an event without creating multiple cards that they in turn exchange with others. Take 25 of the same card, come home with 25 different ones! Make sense???
Some are organized swaps, others are simply as you meet others in lines, sitting, elevators – you have the drift. I know one gal – we will call her Swap Queen Sandy – who makes HUNDREDS of swaps, and is usually sitting in the hotel lobby putting them together with her friends. She was working her way through a stack of swaps in the London hotel and Pool Boy commented about her swaps! They were everywhere, BUT she came home with hundreds of card examples and ideas to share with her customers!!!
Coffee Candies To Share With My 3D Swap!
Are these super cute swaps????!!! Even if you are not a coffee lover, pitch the candy and take the idea to recreate with another candy!!! Wrapped lemon candies would be cute if you used the Mediterranean DSP in the new catalog!!! And the bag is simply the CLEAR ENVELOPES we have in the Stampin’ Up catalogs!!! Be sure to open the bag at the bottom so they are not tearing the cute topper off to get to the candies!!!
My pile of treat bags pieces are cut, scored, and ready to assemble. I will need less than 30 minutes to stamp and cut the cream heart circle, then an hour to put together. I will not be sitting in the lobby working on these while at the resort! Too much to experience!!!

This has become a fun night that we pair with a CARD CLASS AS WELL!!! This is a perfect way for you participate no matter your location, and you can rewatch the FB LIVE at your leisure to make your cards!!! Join our team of crafters – Pam, Johnna, Tena, Chris, and myself – as we raise the fun fold bar! Never played SPEED BINGO???? We will play a couple of practice games so you can learn – easy peasy!!!
