We’ve had a good day of travelling and are halfway to Houston. Did I take any pictures along the way? Nope! And after sitting here in my room trying to load birthday card photos for about 45 minutes, I’m tired and waving the white flag of surrender. Technology has beat me tonight! I finally got the photos to go through but I’m too tired to edit all of them, so I chose just one for tonight. It’s a framed zinnia insert I received from Chris Howe! Birthday cards will wait for another night!
The Simply Zinnia Bundle From The Online Exclusives!!!

Chris Howe presented me with this stunning zinnia insert for a 8 x 10 frame and it’s beautiful!!! She used just one stamp from the Sweetly Script stampset – also an online exclusive – and used the beautiful zinnia dies in the bundle to create these gorgeous blooms. Check out the grass at the bottom of the stems – recognize it????? She ran strips of Granny Apple Green cardstock with the large Perrenial Postage dies!!! How creative is that??? There is a grass piece with the Sending Love bundle, but when you don’t have you simply improvise and it works beautifully!!!
Final Thoughts…..
So, short, sweet and too the point! I’m ready to curl up in bed with my J.D. Robb book that I started in Vegas and haven’t had a chance to finish and simply call it a night. Tomorrow is an early start to the day since I want to get us checked into the hotel, then book it to the convention hall for the registration and connect with my friends. Doors open at 3:30 and by 2:30 the lines to get in will be started. OnStage begins at 4pm tomorrow and runs to almost 10pm so it may be a day of no posting but I WILL be posting our birthday cards this week. Hopefully I have them all photographed, but if I miss one please forgive me!!! For faster pics I will be posting OnStage photos on my business FB page – Flick Of The Rist Lola Rist – so be sure to check it out tomorrow night to see what I’ve posted.
Until next time, God Bless!!!
