Yesterday I spent some time sharing some of my musical journey background, so today is short, sweet, and to the point! I’ve a full day ahead of me starting with ladies’ bible study, Blessing card ministry for church, and two classes to set up. I’ve told Pool Boy not to expect me before 7pm and I’ll be totally wiped out by then.

It’s the time of the year to start moving your DSP stash because the new Annual catalog will be live in two months with MORE DSP you are going to want. On yesterday’s FB LIVE I shared multiple ways to use your leftover DSP – for background mats, die cuts, and frames.
Isn’t the card above on the left sweet? Perfect for April shower days we hope to see. We need that rain people, so bring those showers. For the background of both samples I turned to the Meandering Meadow DSP package. We love the floral scenes on this paper, but the flipsde of these DSP pieces have some beautiful designs as well. You just have to get creative and think outside the box to use it!
Check out the grass on both samples. The card on the left has grass cut from one of the DSP pieces. The square on the right I used card stock. Which do you prefer???? I think I like the DSP grass the best.
FB LIVE and YOUTUBE Links:
So recently FB has changed their policy about saving FB lives. Up until now, we could request to save all of our recordings indefinitely, but that option is no longer available. We can now only save for 30 days, so that means you need to be watching those recordings that may be connected to group pages for classes! I will begin uploading FB LIVES to my YouTube channel, but I have SEVERAL YEARS OF RECORDINGS and I’m not going back to upload everything. Your best bet is to subscribe to my YouTube channel so you can find recordings. Here are the links to see yesterday’s FB LIVE where I shared the DSP tips and Umbrella Days card above:

We’ve all come to love our social media for paper crafting ideas and such, but social media rules and guidelines change quite often, so best bet is to begin using YouTube as well. In the future, if I need a recording showing technique and projects for class I will also need to upload to YouTube as a private class and send you the link to view.
Sometimes, I’m thinking life would be easier to just slow down and do something like read a book. Then again, I use a Kindle so that means I need to download my e-books from Kindle Unlimited and Book Bub, then be sure I’ve synced it with my Kindle app on my phone as well. Oh, and did you know that you can purchases e-books and download those to the BookFunnel app, where you can then send it to all devices at one time??? That’s not even taking into account the audio books I reserve from our local library app that I like to listen to while cutting card stock. Technology never ends, does it?
Until tomorrow, keep crafting, keep stamping, keep up with technology, and God Bless!
